Sharing with Challenge Club

When you tap Share with Challenge Club, the app sends your Club nickname and Team name (if you’ve set them), the achievement, the challenge and level, and the date. For a completed challenge it also sends how many days you did on their own date. A random code made on your device is sent so that repeats count once; it isn’t linked to you.

We don’t collect your email, real name or location, and we don’t store your IP address (it’s used briefly to stop spam, then forgotten). Nothing is shared unless you tap Share.

Your nickname may appear on this public site in the weekly welcome and the monthly roundup. New nicknames are checked before they appear.

How long we keep it

Shares are deleted after 12 months. Names are removed from published roundups after 24 months. Plain totals with no names (for example, “40 finishers in March”) are kept.

Children

Use a nickname only, never a real name or school, and only share with a parent’s or guardian’s agreement.

Removing an entry

To have an entry removed, email info@spdata.co.uk with your nickname and the month.

Buy Me a Coffee

Tips and any memberships are handled by Buy Me a Coffee under its own privacy policy. They aren’t linked to club nicknames.
